  • Many of our products are traditional handloom sarees; minor weaving irregularities are natural and not defects.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in INR.
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and COD (cash on delivery).
  • Payments must be completed before dispatch, except for COD orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within India.
  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-4 working days.
  • Expected delivery is 5-7 working days depending on your location.
  • Shipping is handled by our logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket).

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or video proof.
  • No returns/exchanges for change of mind, size, or color variation reasons.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays due to logistics issues, weather, or other external factors.

7. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where our shop is based.

📦 Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns accepted only in these cases:

  • Item received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Conditions:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds:

  • Once approved, refund is issued within 5-7 working days.
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

No returns or exchanges:

  • For change of mind, color variation, size/fit issues, or handmade irregularities.
